Hi! I have completed my TMB18 build and confirmed that all the tubes heat up in standby. However when I measured voltage to the on-side of the standby switch, I'm consistently measuring 278V instead of the expected 340V. Is this good enough? I wanted to confirm before I plug in a speaker and exit standby. Thanks much!

Yeah, you should be OK to proceed. The voltages often change quite a bit when not driving the full load on the amp.
