We're going to need some well-lit in focus pictures of the build, the more the better. Be sure to include front panel and tube socket wiring.

Please provide a set of good photos--large, well-lit, well-focused shots of the inside of the chassis. Sounds like it's probably a problem at the power end of the circuit, based upon the fact that the volume control has no effect on the output, but I would still include photos of all portions of the circuit.

thoroughly went through everything again and discovered 2 issues. 1. was a solder bridge created underneath pins on 12ax7 and 2. the pins to bridged by the green wrapped wires were not bridged.. the amp now sounds great and there is very little white noise.. very impressed with the service.. the quality.. and the value.. thanks much

Hello there. Had the same issue. Thanks for the solution, guys. You’ve helped me a lot. My son asked me to fix it, but I had no idea what to do. Though I’ve been playing guitar for more than 10 years, I still had no clue what the problem was and how to fix it. Thanks a lot for your help. I’m really grateful for that. Btw, have you heard of Iron Age Accessories? My son asked me to get them as a birthday present. I’ve found the only website where I can buy them. The reviews say the accessories are of high quality. What do you think of them?
