Build Your Own Clone Message Board

Hi all.I'm getting a fluttering sound and a cut in volume when I turn the volume knob on my shredder all the way up.The volume over all at lower settings is also pretty low compared to my other pedals.
Hopefully someone can help me with some advice.

This is the first time for me posting pictures so I hope they show up.Also I will try to post a link to a myspace page that I started just to be able to post the audio of this problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Over all your soldering is very decent. There are some joints that look like I would go over them again. I would do that.
Doublecheck your Capacitor values (the green caps). I cant see the values. Make sure your 47pf is indeed a 47pf. Make sure your IC is seated all the way down as well.
Can you check it with a different PS or with a battery?
