I'm back,
Dropped the new BS170's in (sockets, thanks for the tip mmarsh) and everything is groovy!
Done a bit of tweaking and I just love this pedal!
I've already ordered another one to build for a friend who also really likes it!
Hope it helps to calm down the soldering withdrawal symptoms...
Thanks duhvoodooman for the support and invaluable help!
