I just need to test an 18V power supply because either it's dead, or the pedal it goes to is dead. I think OD2 is only pedal I have that can take 18V. I believe the boost channel can't take 18V right? Will I hurt anything if I leave the boost off?

The only component that can't take 18V is the MOSFET opamp, which will fry. If you built your OD2 with the MPSA18 bipolar silicon transistor in the boost section, it won't be damaged by 18V, but it will distort. So as long as you don't have the MOSFET opamp in, you can test your 18V PS with the pedal.
