I've completed my first pedal build with the British Blues kit and I LOVE it. However, I've noticed that whenever I engage the footswitch to switch on/off the pedal, there's a pretty noticeable signal drop out. Is this a result of a poor build or just a shortcoming of the actual switch itself?

Thanks!!!

Could you please be more specific about what you mean by "pretty noticeable signal drop out?"

Sorry for being a little vague. When I step on the footswitch to engage/disengage the pedal, the audio signal noticeably cuts out for a split second. However, I literally just finished correcting a mistake in my build of the pedal (put the wrong film cap in what I believe is the C2 slot) and whatever I've done in taking the pedal apart and putting it back together seems to have corrected any sort of brief drop outs, haha.
