You can use a switch to change between different resistors and caps. But I don't believe you can change a cap for a diode. Just caps for caps and resistors for resistors and diodes for diodes. Make sense?

yes thats exatcly what i want to do so i can use the same mini toggle setup but just hook up my 2 res. or 2 caps to it the same way ? per say if i want to switch the res. on my 250 board the 4.7k would go thru one end of the swith then lets say a 2.5k on the other then run the 2 middle lugs to the switch to the pcb where the 4.7k would go right?
