Just wondered if I could get more distortion out of this pedal , built to distortion plus specs , something high gain would be really nice ! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

Try replacing the diodes with IN4001's . It definitly give the pedal more distortion. Still have to play around with the EQ a little.
