Hi,
As I understand it, the most common question but here we go again:
I have built the Chancellor an have the following issues:
Thin week sound when on,
bypass works
Led works
Volume and gain works
No clipping happening which leads me to believe the trouble is before the clipping diodes
Tone stack works
9v supplied to op amp
4.5v at op amp b + leg
4.5v upstream of R1 and downstream as well (almost no current draw, should be normal if I remember my op amp theory)
I have reflowed all solder connections on the board

A picture of the board can be found at https://flic.kr/p/YbGSsD as I was unable to compress the picture in my phone..

Any ideas how to proceed?

Thanks

Pontus

You've switched the 680K at R5 with the 680R at R9 (see labeled PCB diagram below). Correct those and I'm betting that the pedal will sing like it should....

Thanks!
I just noticed that myself, and indeed it sings! Funny how one imagines oneself so careful and still makes the classical 680/680k swich....

Thanks again for taking your time
