The problem I am currently having is the two LEDs on the component side flicker on and off and the single LED on the solder side does not turn on at all. The foot switch does turn the LEDs on and off.
Things I did to try to solve the problem
-Rewired the footswitch
-Remelted all of the connections
-Confirmed all the correct components are where they should be
-Made sure wiring looked correct on Power/input/output jacks

I really thought I would be able to figure it out but its been a couple days now and I'm out of ideas. Any help will greatly be appreciated and sorry for the picture quality, I can get more if needed.

The LED's on the component side are supposed to flicker--that's how they work when they're used as signal clippers.

As for the other LED not working, the most common cause for that BY FAR is that it's installed backwards, i.e. the leads are switched in the eyelets.

In spite of what the pcb indicates, the longer lead of the LED goes in the square solder pad ('flat' side of the LED diagram on the pcb) of this build. I just assembled one of these. Double-check you have it installed correctly.

Okay I flipped the single LED and it works. Thank you very much for the assistance. So, the way my mistakes went were
1. I had the wires mixed up on the power jack because I misunderstood the wire diagram. I didn't know they were mixed up so I kept looking for the problem and I noticed that the board has the flat side of the LED different than when you have the longer lead in the square pad
2. So I flipped all of the LEDs causing myself another problem
Definitely learned a lot of ways to set myself up for success in the future.

Thank you again for the help.
