Two things to check:
1) While I can't see all of the resistors to check the color band coding, it appears to me that you have a 1K resistor (brown-black-black-
brown-brown) installed at the R5 position (see labeled PCB diagram below), which should be a 100K (brown-black-black-
orange-brown). This should be checked. If I'm right, then there may be a 100K installed where a 1K should be, though the two positions for 1K resistors (R9 and R27) look to be correct. But picking out color bands from photos can be tricky, so this should all be confirmed.
2) This kit uses a single 120 ohm resistor at position R15. However, that resistor has the same color code band sequence as a 10K resistor (of which there are 10 in the kit), but in reverse. Consequently, these two types MUST be confirmed by measuring them with a multimeter before installation on the PCB. Did you do this? If not, it should be checked.
