I believe I have a leak to ground somewhere.

Issue - pedal powers on with battery. signal through pedal to amp. Knobs are functional and effect the signal. main led lights up. No distortion at all. Clean signal. No distortion LEDs lights. I did get them to activate while checking continuality on the switch.

Bypass mode - only signal through pedal to amp with no battery. If battery connected, nothing. Battery disconnect makes very audible noise.

I've disconnected the switch and have the pedal to be on all the time to help troubleshoot. I thought maybe the switch was bad. It checks out. For the most part, I've tried to be sure solder joints are clean without shorting between some of the close ones. I will retake photos with an actual camera rather than phone. I think the symptoms may help point out the issue.

Thanks,
Matt W

I think you've got the two positive wires on the DC adapter jack mixed up, but it's hard to tell from your pics.

As promised, proper photos. This should take you to the folder:

From the last post, I verified it was correct. I just found a new very fine point tip which I'll go over the board again and reflow everything. Just bummed and hoped my issue would ring a bell from someone to point me in the right direction.

From the pics, it looks like you hardwired footswitch eyelets 4, 5, 7, and 8 all together. Is that correct?

I hardwired 4 and 5, then additionally 7 and 8. The are not all together. I was bypassing the switch to have the pedal "on" all the time to help troubleshoot. I am going to rewire using the switch when I get the chance this weekend to reflow the solder again.
