After completing the build the pedal has full signal when bypassed, but has significantly lower volume when engaged. Can anyone help?
I can post more photos if necessary.

I've never used the BYOC version, but the original pedal had a pretty significant volume drop IIRC.

That said, I'd start by double-checking the resistor values (including pots) to make sure nothing is out of place.

Your soldering needs work. You either don't have the iron hot enough, or you aren't holding the iron to the solder joints long enough to get proper flow out. Or both.

Reflow all your solder joints and don't be afraid to get it hot. Keep the iron there till you see flow out. Add a tiny touch of fresh solder if you need to.

Also, you've got some stray wire strands floating around. You need to clean those up.
