So the mini Russian fuzz pcb calls for a 500 PF ceramic disc capacitor. I don't have a 500. Byoc doesn't even sell a 500... I can't find a 500 on Amazon and am starting to wonder if it is a misprint? Anybody have any info on this?

Pretty sure that's not a typo, but you can easily substitute a 470pf or even a 560pf (both of which are used in those same positions in other Muff variants) without noticeable impact.

470p is a very common value. You'd never notice the difference between a 500p and 470p, but you can put two or more in parallel to get closer to exactly 500p if you have something handy. For example, you could put two 250p in parallel for exactly 500p.
