I know what you're thinking: "Just adjust the bias." Sadly, that's not the problem in this instance. I have the trim pot set currently so that the Q2 transistor measures at 4.25ish volts. (See attached picture). When I first built the pedal, it was working in bypass, but was silent when switched on, even though the LED lit up as it should. After a couple hours of seeing if trim pot adjustments would fix the issue, and frankly just unplugging it and plugging it back in a couple times, it suddenly started working. I decided to accept the blessing and just move on. However, a week later, the problem returned. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have also attached some pictures of both sides of the PCB. Does anything look off?

Here's one of the side of the PCB, just in case it might be revealing.

Come and go problems like yours are most often caused by a wonky solder joint somewhere in the build. Working through THIS PROCESS often solves such issues.

I agree that the most likely solution is reflowing solder. Do that first.

In the case of these mini pedals, I also like to suggest testing it outside the enclosure so you can rule out a short from wires and components being crammed in and pushing against each other or the enclosure itself.

Thanks! Reflowing all the solder fixed it, so their must have been a cold joint in there somewhere. Thanks so much! I appreciate it.
