This is the Leeds fuzz from build your own clone. My second kit from them, the first a ts808 clone went really well. For this one however I'm getting pretty much a 90% volume drop when the effect is engaged. It's hard to say if otherwise the sound is correct, but it sounds super fuzzy at least. There are NO issues when run in bypass. I've ran through the transistors with my wife for the second time (I'm color blind) and they appear to be correct.

I have redone the connection between patch 5 & 7 on switch to the board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I would be happy to give any more information needed.

I don't see anything out of place, so my recommendation would be to work through this process, since weak output is often due to poor solder connections: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52188 I would pay special attention to the wiring of the jacks and footswitch, which look pretty rough.

A photo of the solder side of the PCB could also be helpful for us.

Thank you for the reply! I ended up first resoldering the io to the footswitch which didn't change anything. I then went and reflowed the solder for every single resistor which ended up fixing the issue!

The pedal sounds great, thanks for posting these resources!

Yep, it's amazing how often a solder reflow fixes problems like yours. Enjoy the new pedal!
