Good day, I noticed the instructions regarding the wiring of the output jack for the Leeds Fuzz do not include any wired connection for the sleeve tab on the jack. Is this an error. Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

The output jack sleeve connects to ground, which it should do by making contact with the metal enclosure, because the enclosure is also making contact with the sleeve of the input jack, which is connected to ground via a wire to the PCB.
