I appreciate the speedy reply. I am sorry to be so dense here, but now I am even more confused, because for
film capacitors, the parts list reads:
“1 - 1n0 or .001u film (102)
4 - 100n or .1u film (104) ”
So when reading the above, I take it to mean the
102 cap is a 1n capacitor....
Since you say the 104 is actually the 1n, that's pretty confusing to me.
The
other area of confusion for me is that the parts list doesn't seem to jive with the cap labels on the board.
The above shows a total of 5 film caps, but there are
SIX slots:
3 slots labeled "100n"
2 slots labeled "1n0"
1 slot has no label, but the written instructions say to install a 100n there.
That's a total of 6 slots, but only 5 film capacitors on the parts list....
I thought I had somewhat of a grasp on this (for a noob), but I must admit I am totally lost here....
