Hi all, could really use some help. I have pretty much completed my build, and tested everything. All of the logic (switching and lights) works correctly. However, none of the loops are passing signal. I believe I have the Jack's wired correctly (although I do have the newer jacks that are A different layout from what is in the instructions). At this point, I am at a loss for what could be causing the problem. I'm sure it's something stupid that I just can't see. Some pics here:

Of course, I need this for Tuesday (with time to rebuild my board).....

Thanks in advance!

It looks to me like you do have the jacks wired backwards. The slanty corner of each plastic piece denotes the ground connection. It looks like you've got the grounds wired to the tip pcb pad, and the tips wired to the ground pads.

Just try reversing the leads on one jack first and then test that loop to be sure.

All set - thanks again.

The unit is complete now and appears to be functioning perfectly with the exception of the red LED for loop 1, which I suspect either grounded out or I killed it trying to get it into place.
