Hello everyone:),
First and foremost, I'd like to thank the Arduino creators and all of his forum supporters. I'm having a great time in this new "world," and the information I'm getting from this forum is fantastic.


I've read that when using a current stabilizer like the L7808, it's best to put a small ceramic capacitor (with no polarity) in the output to filter out interferences caused by the integrated itself.

The question is, are both the wiring in the image below implementing the same schema above?

I realize this is a ridiculous question, and I swear I tried unsuccessfully to find an answer on the internet. Personally, I'm more inclined to answer positively, but I thought it would be better to ask you before printing the PCB.
