First, a shout out to duhvoodooman for pointing me in this direction. Turns out I landed in that direction.

I love her. I've had a couple hours with her. We are in love  I have not plugged it in yet. I'm working on an acoustic amp as we speak, buying one that is. I'd love to build one really.

Acoustically, great to my ears. I would love to plug it into something but that will wait.

Lot more "depth" and bass to the chords I guess I would say than my Taylor. Not as "chimey" as the Taylor. I keep comparing it to that as that is all I have except for some crappy Washburn. Body is just the right size for me. I know the mahogany has to age and the sound will only get better. Love the smell too. I would like to change strings to what I'm used to though. They seem a tad thicker than I like and I'll have a better feel. I'm just getting started with it though.

I have this nutty thing where any guitar I LOVE the sound of I find out what strings are on it and buy a few sets. Then I can experiment, but I almost always come back to the strings/sound I loved.

Try Phosphor-Bronze light gauge strings. I love Hog tops! Particularly Martins...

nice score, john!

i'm a big fan of Elixir's coated bronze in 12ga. I hate their electric strings, but the acoustic ones are great.
