Hi Guys,
Have not been active on this forum for a while - been pursuing other DIY stuff and playing, but I could use a little help from some more knowledgeable folks so I turned to here.
I plugged a header in backwards on a light sensor switch board and got a tiny puff of smoke and now it won't work. Here is a
amazon_link to the board and a couple pictures.
I am thinking the cap just inward from the VCC silkscreen needs to be replaced, but perhaps also the voltage regulator and/or the resistor and cap just after the gnd silkscreen. The caps have no markings, so I have no clue what values to use.
The board was only $7, but I can't get another delivered until Monday, so I was hoping to fix it.
Thanks,
Randy
