Can anyone help me find a very powerful bass amp in the 300$ range? I was looking at the 300w behringer, but I hear it actually isn't 300 watts

I'm thinking that you just want the amp and not a combo.

Are you considering used?

Ashdown MAG 300H Bass Head turned up on a quick search but I don't know anything about it.

behringer is kinda poopy. peep the cheaper galien-kreuger backline series. even their lower wattage amps are pretty loud.

Check out the Carvin Pro Bass series. I've got the 200 Watt version and it is loud and tight.
