Over recent time, me and the Fender Prosonic had been losing that lovin' feelin'. Couldn't figure out why. Lifeless. Flubby bass. Was thinking maybe my tone tastes were changing. Then I thought, "When was the last time I changed the power tubes?"

I check through the emails. Last time I bought tubes was in 2013. Hmm.

So I order some new tubes. Today I finally got the chance to put 'em in.

Lo and behold! Heavy sigh. Facepalm.

...still kinda want to get a new/another amp. :roll:

That'll do it! I don't play my tube amp often enough to put much wear on the tubes. I guess I should! :)
