I found a capacitor (black) marked 202k on the VIPer22A 2 and 3 on the circuit board of the induction cooker. What kind of component is this? I can't reach 202k with a multimeter. But this induction cooker does not have 18v 5v voltage, may I ask if this component is damaged?

Well, after reading the link you provided, I searched for it from my usual website, but it seems to be not quite frequently used:https://www.smbom.com/so?keyWord=VIPER22A

I would interpret a cap marked "202K" to be 2000 picofarads (or 2.0 nanofarads) with a +/- 10% tolerance range. See this article: http://www.byocelectronics.com/capcodes.pdf

2000pF would actually be 2.0nF or .002uF, not 2.0uF.

While 2uF and 2nF values are no longer being manufactured, 2.2uF and 22nF are and could be substituted without any noticeable difference.
