Sad day. I only started building a couple of years ago and BYOC has been a godsend for both kits and assistance on the forums here.

I'ma throw this out there....

Keith.

If you need contributions to keep the forum going.....PLEASE...do not hesitate to say something.

I don't think anyone expects you to foot the bill by yourself to keep this joint running...

If once a year we need to come together and drop a few bucks - I'll be the first say count me in.

There are resources here that..frankly....should not be lost.

Dan

What a bummer! With any luck it’d be nice to see someone pick up producing the pcb’s of byoc’s original designs. A lot of them simply sound fantastic and shouldn’t be lost.

BYOC ignited my interest in electronics as a whole. I’d have never gone on to work on pedals, amps, or anything technical if these extremely accessible kits didn’t exist when I was younger. Thanks for everything

Damn. I discovered this place in 2008, while studying music in college in Hawaii. I learned how to build pedals from this place, using my dad's crappy old radio shack soldering gun. 16 years, feels like a lifetime ago. Haven't built in ages but I still have all my stuff in boxes.

I've seen Thorpy, Function F(x), guitarpcb, and others I can't think of come out of these forums, I've even met a few people in real life

Thanks for all you have done for the community Keith, you are the man
