This was a custom order for a metal player. I've sold many pedals but custom orders don't come my way often. I've been hanging at my local watering pizza and beer hole and there are several musicians so word is getting around. Anyway, this is Aion's Horizon Marshall amp in a box.

Actually yes  This one was. I charged about $20 over cost give or take. It was for a friend though.

Dang that’s real purdy! I know it’s annoying but any chance of brief sound files to hear what your pedals sound like? Just for posterity.

Ya, I charge cost as well. But I only assemble kits for friends… and they have to live with my artwork or buy sandpaper & get busy.

Keep up the awesome work.

Thanks It.

I don't have the set up/know how/ and most important chops to where I could do any pedal justice! Having said that Aion projects are some of the best I've ever worked on. He has a consistent system and makes the pedals as idiot proof as one can. Of course this idiot can mess one up now and then.

That looks AWESOME !! If it sounds as good as it looks, that's a winner !!! Is it based on a JCM800 or Plexi by any chance ?? I built the BYOC Chancellor and it's a monster pedal !!!
GREAT job

Thanks. I may have mislead you with how I typed this. It is really based on the Catlinbread MK1 Dirty Little Secret which he says is based on a Marshall "stack" but he doesn't say any particular model. I couldn't tell you. I can say you can get many different sounds.

My understanding is that the Catalinbread DLS is voiced to sound like a late Plexi-era Marshall Super Lead and uses JFETs to give tube-like distortion tone/harmonics.
