My first build was the BYOC Reverb 2 pedal that I named "Laurel Caverns" ( a local landmark). Everything works and the pedal sounds amazing! Note, I took the gut shot before I inserted the IC's. This project was a ton of fun and now on to the next one!

Thanks for the response! As a long term project I am looking at the parametric EQ but want to make some minor mods to it, so it will take me some time, my experience level with electronics just isn't quite there yet. In the interim, I have been looking at the FET Preamp, or an optical compressor. I really don't need either one for my rig but they are just so fun to build lol.

The FET Preamp is a personal favorite of mine--the treble & bass Baxandall EQ circuit works extremely well, and there's a ton of clean boost on tap. I find that it really shines with single coil guitars, particularly Strats.

And 65% of the time Mrs. Magnet gets angry with me, this is why.

Great looking build! Can't wait to see what you do next!
