So a friend of mine bought himself a little present.. a rare vintage Wurlitzer Electric Piano (student model, with speaker cabinet). The only thing was, it didn't come with the usual Wurlitzer 'vibrato' feature, which you may better know as tremolo

So he commissioned me to build him a foot pedal that would add the vibrato feature back to this cool keyboard instrument, with the speed preset to 'standard Wurli speed'.

However, he would also like to be able to change the speed, but wanted to be able to jump back to the 'standard' speed quickly.

The rest was kind of up to me, but he was hoping the end product would look like it was Wurlitzer made, or resembled a Wurlitzer in some way..

So with a vintage Shoot The Moon PCB, one of GuitarPCB's pot switching boards and some purchased Wurlitzer replacement parts, I put together this:

Big thumbs up on the Wurlitzer pedal! Image

Not so much on Chad. BTW, the one on the rim of the wine glass--would that be what they call a "hanging Chad??"

No clip.. mailed it out already  But you know, basically a Shoot The Moon Tremolo with two speeds on tap  So it sounds good. I did try it on a poor man's Wurlitzer keyboard though, and results were promising..
