It is a combo pedal designed by "duhvoodooman", that in his words "Combines the Fulltone OCD overdrive and Z-Vex SHO boost with a couple of additions. I added a 3PDT toggle switch wired to allow the switching of the order of the two effects, so that the pedal could be run with the boost into the overdrive stage or visa-versa. The other addition was a "master volume" pot for the SHO, which generally comes only with a gain control.".
This build started on July 1st when another forum member was asking for ideas as to what to build next. DVM suggested trying a veroboard build and posted pictures of one that he had done (http://www.duhvoodooman.com/miscimages/ ... ramyst.htm). Now six weeks later, this box ROCKS! A big shout out to Bob, aka duhvoodooman, for all of the assistance, photo's, and schematics he provided for me to accomplish this feat! There were several glitches along the way including a faulty Q1 on the SHO side, a mispositioned resistor, and one missed trace cut on the OCD side that made this build that much more interesting. All in all it was a fun build and a great learning experience.

Ah, well done. I bet this thing roars when you crank it up! I think my first vero build was just an SHO clone, much simpler than this. Enjoy it, SteveO!

Nice! I like vero builds myself. I gotta find an easier way to make the cuts though.

Thanks!
For the trace cuts I bought a brand new 4mm drill bit. 2 or 3 light twists and you are done.
