Well I got my Tri-Boost and completed it last week and with the long week-end I decided to refinish it again.

First time around I used some Dupli-color flip flop stuff (gold to magenta)

I then decided to handwrite the labels on it, but my handwriting is worse than a first graders and the more I put on it the worse it got, so I tried to decorate it, then that went worse.. hehe.

So here's the final result. I present to you the TRICH BOOST

I just sanded the paint off and started to dremel a design, in the end I went with the simple brushed look with decals.

Stuck a left over label on the back.

Sounds great, now I'm just waiting on my next kits to be delivered (aaargh, the agony of waiting).

Looks pretty nice- great boxes! Finishing is one thing I'll always be too lazy to do...luckily there is pedalpartsplus (pre-powdercoated enclosures)

It looks good both inside and out. The lighting makes the enclosure look like it's painted white.

Next revision of the Triboost will have a board mounted rotary switch, so that will make it one of the easiest kits to build rather than one of the hardest.

Next time I build one, I'll post a pic of the guts.

Mine is not that bad...

I used "short" hard wire in all board pins.

I can post a picture from the other side later...

Trevor, I just put the foam over the board then put the back on, so the pads you soldered are protected and not banging against the cover when you turn it over.

Show off ... that looks like there's no wire in it all. I'd love to see the other side. That's a nice job.

My next build, my goal will be to make it as neat as possible. That should make the experience last a lot longer too.

How long should the wires be? As short as you can make them?
