Can I get away with subbing a 2.4k resistor where a 2.7k is called for on the schematic?

I'm guessing yeah, but I trust y'all more than my own guesswork...

Depends what it is doing in the circuit. That is over a 10% tolerance difference, which is a bit high.

Circuit? Schematic?

It's the V2.2 of the BYOC Trem....
