Build Your Own Clone Message Board

I got my Voodoo Labs Overdrive working finally after a good few days diagnosing.
It turns out i had a 103 cap in the place of a 102. Misreading on my part.
Fixed that then put it on the test rig. It works intermittantly.
It turns out i had a bad volume pot. Swopped that out for another and Presto.
Strike up my trusty Fender Pro jr wired this baby in and its awesome.
I'm not usually a hight gain dirty rock sound kinda guy but this things great.
Plenty of gain to spare and more headroom than i need.
I prefer to roll back the gain boost the volume and still be able to hear the nots not just a mush.
Thats just me.
I'm a happy bunny now (does a victory dance)
I just need to get my TS808 and OCD3 working now.

Testings a whole lot easier since i made RG keens Quick and Dirty Test Oscillator.
I'm gonna make a small amp to add to the test rig too (stop me using my good amps)
I have some LM386 on back order from tayda and a couple of nice speakers to go in a cab too.
Plus i get my first breadboard later today. Cant wait to have a play with that tommorow.
