Testing resistors with a DMM before putting them in has helped me learn identification codes better and reduce mistakes.
I want to do the same with capacitors. I bought this capacitor meter, but it arrived with absolutely no instructions.
I tried using it in the same manner as I would the DMM on resistors, but it didn't work. Likely an operator error.
While there are dozens of youtube tutorials around, I have learned the hard way that many so-called experts on you tube give bad advice or don't really know what they are talking about.
Can someone in the know point me to a good cap testing tut that is correct and beginner friendly?
Thanks!

Yeah it reads like maybe it was translated from another language. But it did the trick and this afternoon I was checking values almost like I knew what I was doing! Lol
Thanks again Duhvoodooman!
