This is my first build. I completed it last night and everything works. It just has this loud static/fuzz sound. It is almost like a similar sound to a blown speaker.
Also, at times, it will start making sounds like a microphone in the wind.
The boost pedal works fine and has a very clean sound. It is only when I turn on the drive pedal.
I watched some youtube videos of the pedal and how it is supposed to sound. Mine sounds similar, but with a lot of distortion noise. There is a lot of noise even when the guitar is not being played.

Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this? I was super excited that it works, now I just need it to sound proper.

Also, please try swapping the boost op amp (TL072 farthest right) with the op amps associated with the drive channel (TL072s in the center and farthest left).

It is hard to make out the letters, but this is what I think it says:
