I just built my first effects pedal. It’s the BYOC 855 Overdrive. Everything works but the volume seems a little week. By that I mean the max volume isn’t up to par with other pedals. Did I possibly do something wrong with the wiring or can I change something like the impedance to get more volume? Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forum.

We need to see photos to be able to help you troubleshoot. They need to be large, well-lit, well-focused shots of the PCB and all of the switch and jack wiring. We may need to see the solder side of the PCB, too, but hold off on that for now.
