I just finished building a wah kit, and added in an LED by using a 3PDT board. I have sound when in bypass, but when I engage the foot switch, the LED lights up, but there is no sound. The only other mods I did was to mount the Q and Volume pots to the enclosure, the others I preset and marked before installing.

I have reflow the solder 3 times, and it's still not working. Here's a pic after the reflowing

Transistor 1-
Collector=9.38v
Base=9.01v
Emitter=8.99v

Transistor 2-
Collector=9.40v
Base=8.96v
Emitter=8.98v

OP Amp-
1=8.98v
2=8.62v
3=8.71v
4=9.16v
5=8.99v
6=8.62v
7=9.40v
8=0.0034v

Those are way off....to the point where I don't think you are taking the readings correctly. Are you sure you have it set for DC?

Take the op amp out of its socket and measure the empty socket

Ok, here are the measurements with the OP amp out, just the empty socket.

1=.008v
2=7.50v
3=8.40v
4=9.06v
5=.007v
6=7.28v
7=9.39v
8=0.007v

Found the problem, I accidentally used a mono 1/4"jack for the input instead of a stereo one. I just swapped it out for a stereo jack, and WE HAVE WAH!!!
