 Post subject: Analog Delay issue

Pedal has no effect on the sound. There is sound with bypass, when the pedal is engaged… sound but no effect. Where should I start?

The 4558 op amp is sitting funny in the socket… will not go any deeper

  1. Thorough visual inspection (both sides of the PCB and all of the jack and switch wiring) looking for any visible defects or component placement mistakes.
  2. This process: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52188
  3. If it's still not working, get a set of pin voltage readings on all 4 ICs and post here.
